IEEE Portugal is now inviting dedicated and forward-thinking students to join the Students team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of IEEE Portugal. The Students team is at the core of IEEE Portugal’s structure, investing their time, motivation, and innovative ideas to drive the organization’s growth and impact. Successful applicants will have the chance to contribute significantly by managing, coordinating, and fostering connections among Student Branches and IEEE Portugal.

IEEE Portugal is on the lookout for candidates who possess the following qualities:
- Commitment to Advancing IEEE Portugal: The organization seeks individuals willing to dedicate their time and efforts to propel IEEE Portugal towards new heights.
- Fearless and Resilient: Prospective candidates must demonstrate a fearless attitude, embracing challenges with a determination to overcome obstacles.
- Effective Team Players: As most work will be conducted remotely, applicants should showcase their ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
The available positions for students to apply for include:
- Student Activities Coordinator: Responsible for managing the Students team, organizing meetings, and developing specific activities and events for students.
- Section Student Representative: To represent students at the section level, offering support and facilitating communication between Student Branches and the organization.
- Activities Coordinator: Assisting in organizing key events such as the Leadership Camp and various IEEE Day and IEEEXtreme activities.
- Training Coordinator: Responsible for overseeing the mentoring program and providing training on essential IEEE tools and soft-skills.
- Secretary: Handling meeting minutes, conserving important documents, and facilitating communication between different committees.
